Precision stainless steel 6,01 mm PDI barrel is made in Japan by cold forging method from SUS304 stainless steel.

This manufacturing technology is used in the production of the main real firearms. It is a precision Japanese production with a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 0.002 mm. In general, PDI is one of the absolute top in the field, its quality far ahead of the Guarder, Systema, KM head,… not to mention cheap alternatives like SRC, Madbull, etc.

The barrel is free of any additional finish, which is undesirable in precision barrels as it can result in uneven surface coverage resulting in reduced accuracy. Due to the accuracy of the barrel, only high quality ammunition should be used and the barrel should be cleaned regularly, otherwise the gun may “choke”. Compared to bronze barrels, however, there is no oxidation of the barrel surface, and due to the hardness of the material, the barrel has a very long service life even when operating on a heavy upgrade.
