DRS-TH collimator sight with thermal imaging function. This is a highly professional sight with a compact design, which is enhanced with an advanced thermal imaging system. The sensor captures the observed environment and thermal waves converting them into an image, completely without external light. The sensor tracks a 256 by 192 dot matrix simultaneously, which it displays on an integrated OLED screen.
In addition, the thermal imaging system is enhanced with internal storage and the ability to record the image for later playback. Power for the entire device is supplied by two 18350 rechargeable batteries, which are included in the kit, or two CR123 batteries. Only rechargeable batteries can be charged with the cable, in the case of batteries, the use of the cable may result in damage to the device.
Weapon mount in Picatinny standard secured by a solid bolt, which can be easily operated by hand. The whole construction is made of high-quality materials, and the sight itself meets the IP67 standard. The DRS-TH collimator will allow versatility and freedom of operation both during the day and night. It will work best in open spaces away from mirrored surfaces such as glass or mirrors.
We also use the USB cable to view the content in the memory on a computer, for example. The display image is refreshed at 50 FPS. In addition, a single picture can be taken. The collimator itself is as advanced a design as the thermal imager. It uses LED backlighting to display aiming points on the lens. Available points are a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle or a combination of both.
The sight is operated with separate sets of buttons for the collimator as well as the thermal sight. The device meets the IP67 standard, which means that it will function problem-free even in demanding weather conditions. We adjust the collimator with the included tool. It adjusts by 0.5 MOA per click within a range of +/- 50 MOA. Thanks to the use of digital technology, the user has at his disposal an approximation of 1 to 5x.
